Ten Steps to Resolve a Conflict

I think the steps outlined in this blog post are a great way to begin when trying to resolve a conflict.  If the discussion one-on-one breaks down, that is the time to utilize mediation.  Don’t just let the conflict stay unresolved, it has a way of growing when this is done.
