Kathy Elton Consulting offers training in all aspects of conflict resolution and communication skills. Training for your organization will be tailored to meet your needs. We also offer training in Basic Mediation and Domestic Mediation that meet the requirements to qualify in Utah and Idaho.

Basic Mediation Training

This is a 40 hour course that meets the qualifications of both the Utah Courts and the Idaho Mediation Association. The training will be offered 1-2 times per year during weekend and evening hour.

Domestic Mediation Training

This is a 32 hour course that meets the qualifications of the Utah State Courts. The training will be offered 1-2 times per year during weekend and evening hours.

Mentoring Services
With over 10 years of experience training and mentoring new and experienced mediators, Kathy is one of the most qualified mentors in the state of Utah. She is qualified to offer Domestic Mentor services for the Utah State Court and also offers a “Mediator Tune Up” for more experienced mediators.
