Conflict Coaching
Conflict Coaching is a process in which Kathy works with parties, either one on one or together, to help them develop or enhance their skills, knowledge and competencies, to effectively engage in and manage interpersonal conflict. Conflict Coaching is of great use in assisting parties to move forward in a positive and future focused way.
Conflict Coaching brings together the fields of coaching and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It assists individuals to develop creative, effective and constructive ways to address conflict. During Conflict Coaching individuals are given the opportunity to gain insights into the impact of conflict and their responses. In addition they are challenged to discover new and different perspectives for managing conflict in general.
Conflict Coaching is useful all types of interpersonal conflict including:
- Workplace Conflict
- Family Conflict
- Neighborhood Conflict
- Conflict involved in a Divorce
The main objectives of conflict coaching are as follows:
- Help people examine their views about conflict and how they manage it
- Assist people to gain more insight into how conflict impacts them and others
- Facilitate shifts in how people respond to rather than react to conflict
- Encourage and help people develop and apply effective problem-solving skills
Conflict Coaching is $100.00 per hour.
