Mediation
Mediation is a process in which Kathy facilitates communication, helps parties articulate their main points of disagreement and encourages them to devise their own resolutions.

Co-Parent Services
KEC offers conflict  coaching and a high conflict parenting course.  Conflict Coaching is a process in which Kathy works with parties, either one on one or as a group, to help them develop or enhance their skills, knowledge and competencies, to effectively engage in and manage interpersonal conflict.

Training and Mentoring
Kathy offers training in mediation, communication skills, team building, conflict resolution or she will build a training around your needs. She also serves as a mentor to new or experienced mediators.
